Township cops say in an explosive whistleblower lawsuit they’ve been held up for promotions, had internal affairs investigations opened on them, were disciplined and threatened with negative performance evaluations and publicly shamed for not going along with Chief Brian Caloiaro’s illegal ticket quota to “extort” money from township taxpayers and motorists for the municipal budget.
